Initial Insight

Put the best idea and the best possible solution forward, then go broad and finally go narrow, go big.... and win. 

In the beginning of every good strategy there must be a "need" identified and an initial insight and/or solution that will help solve it. We have to fully understand the customer problem. This is done by getting to know the customer intimately which builds high empathy. A hypothesis is formed and then the drive to strategic formulation begins. 


 

Go Broad

Take your initial insight and/or idea and imagine the solution in a myriad of ways. 

After getting to know the customer, their needs and problems, you can turn those initial insights into strategies to figure out the many different ways to solve that customer need. At Perceptible we bring that Outside-In Thinking approach. We help clients, institutions, and brands see things they are not seeing. Creativity is also key because it leads to innovation. 

Go Narrow

Once there are solutions available, it is time to focus on what works best.

This is where we build a solution prototype. It is the first iteration or initial design. At this point, the solution is still a hypothesis. It needs to be built and then tested rigorously using various KPIs to ensure that we are on the right path with the right solution. Based on user feedback, KPIs and micro- insights, the solution is polished, refined and modified with key metrics driving the final transformation.

Go-To-Market

Once we are confident with the solution, it is time to go to market.

Going to market with a solution that has been tested does not mean that the work ends there. A solution and plan is only the first step towards success. There must be rigorous application of continuous performance monitoring, experimentation and testing, refinement and iteration, gathering of insights and further modifications. 

We keep going broad then narrow.  This is an almost never-ending approach on refining the strategy and solution(s).
